JPA Innovative Art Award(Jeune Pinceau Awards ) - Under 21 Years Old

Supported by the French Ministry of Culture, the French Ministry of Education, the Central government of Paris, the French National Museum, and top international art colleges, over a hundred primary and secondary schools in France actively participate. International tour exhibition in five famous major cities.


After the 2024 edition, which saw record participation (over 2,500 drawings received) and impressive creative quality, the "Jeune Pinceau" competition is now in its fourth year.

Competition Details

3 Themes to Choose

  • 2050, on the road to...: In 3 or 4 panels, in comic strip form, tell the story of your journey: How, to what destination, and with whom!

  • My Eco-Friendly Home: I imagine a home with the smallest possible ecological footprint.

  • In the shoes of an artist : I adapt or recreate a drawing/painting from one or more works of art.

For the Winners

  • Trophy and Certificate

  • Exhibition of the winning drawings in Thailand and France

  • Discussions and meetings with the winners during their visit to France

  • Surprise Gifts

Participation

Age: 21 years old or younger

Form: Drawing or painting, free medium and technique (including digital drawing and animation)

Size: A3 (29.7 cm x 42.0 cm overall), horizontal or vertical

Maximum 3 drawings per participant

Event Schedule

  • Application Deadline for the 2025/2026 Edition: November 30, 2025

  • Jury Selection: January-February 2026

  • Competition results: February 28, 2026 at the latest

  • Award ceremony for winners and workshops: March 2026

  • Exhibition in France: March 2026

  • Exhibitions in guest countries: May-June 2026
